Posted in Philanthropy The First Annual Acacia Open Disc Golf Tournament May 12th, 2010 MAY 15 · 2 PM P.J. Irvin Disc Golf Course, Approx. 4 miles from Illinois Wesleyan University. We’ll be playing 18 holes, with each hole being a Par 3. Feel free to throw regular frisbees if you don’t have any golf discs on hand. PRIZES will be awarded, please check back soon. At least one gift card (for at least $20) will be awarded as well as a disc golf driver. Free raffle with entry. Here’s how you can sign up: Visit the Acacians at the Saga Tables during lunch hours from May 10 – 15, or e-mail Deming Payne at dpayne@iwu.edu . With an entry donation of $5, we will take your name down as a participant. A $2 hole-in-one “ace” pot is also available, if you score a hole-in-one you will will the collection of this pot. In the event of no winner, the pot will also be donated. All proceeds go to Shriner’s Hospital for Children!
